22 JUNE 2023, AMPANG – With the theme “Ride The New Old School”, Mforce Bike Holdings Sdn Bhd, which is also the official distributor of the Brixton brand in Malaysia, has launched a model with a 1222cc engine displacement, the Cromwell 1200. This model will be sold at a starting price of RM55,888.00, special for the first 100 customers, and after that, it will be sold for RM58,888.00, excluding insurance and road tax. This model also comes in two optional colours, Backstage Black or Cargo Green, and can now be found at any authorized Brixton dealer throughout Malaysia.

The Cromwell 1200 uses a parallel twin-cylinder, 4-stroke and 8-valve engine capable of producing a maximum power output of 83Hp at 6,550rpm and a maximum torque of 108Nm at 3,100rpm.

Technically, this 235kg motorcycle uses telescopic suspension at the front and adjustable suspension at the rear. For maximum safety, the Brixton Cromwell 1200 is equipped with a dual-channel anti-lock braking system (ABS) where the front brake is fitted with dual hydraulic type disc brakes and the rear brake is fitted with hydraulic single disc brakes. A traction control system is also installed, which is designed to prevent loss of grip on the wheels.

As for the riding mode, this new model has two modes, Eco and Sport, which provide a different riding experience; the Sport mode allows the throttle to open faster, giving the engine a more direct and aggressive feel on the throttle.

Despite having a classic vintage design, the Brixton Cromwell 1200 is sure to satisfy the taste of classic motorcycle enthusiasts with a modern soul.
